BIO, pt. 2
I had a good voice (or so people told me) and I loved and knew the music. Just the thought of being out in front of one of New York's finest Big Bands gave me quite a charge. Besides, I was never truly happy playing rock. My heart was always in Jazz & Big Band Swing.
Since then things have evolved. My father has retired from the band and our leader and a wonderful gentleman Mr. Richard Herzhouser has recently passed away. The torch has been passed. I am now singing and booking full-time, having joined forces with Mr. Steve Shaiman (Director of the Swingtime Big Band). I am also working with two of the best arranger, composser & producer's on the east coast Mr. Mike Carubia & Mr. Andy Farber. I also keep very busy with my smaller ensembles; Trios, Quartets, and Quintets, featuring New York's top Jazz musicians. I have truly found my passion. "Life is good."
